Family YogaFamily Yoga is so PEACHY! In today’s world where parents and children are so busy, family yoga provides a wonderful opportunity to spend a quality time together and develop a bonding relationship! No phones & No iPads….that’s AWESOME!

(ages: 3 – 9 years and Parents)

Saturdays: 9:45-10:30AM

Family Yoga is a great activity that can be done with your child at any age level. Partner poses are emphasized which develop bonding time. We also introduce group yoga poses, use props and play fun yoga games. This class helps children learn confidence, self esteem and maintain healthy bodies. Each Class offers active asana (poses), balance work (pranayama) and relaxation.

 

 

Family Yoga (ages 10 years – adults)

Mondays: 6:15-7:15pm

Looking for a way to unwind with your teen or tween? Our Family Yoga Slow Flow class guides you through a sequence of gentle slow-flowing poses designed to help relieve stress and tension in the body. Syncing breath to movement, we will mindfully move through postures that encourage the mind and body to find balance and calm, preparing you for a peaceful night’s sleep. This class is open to all levels ages 10 & up.
