Looking for studio rental ann arbor or veneus & ideas to host a party in Ann Arbor area? Peachy Fitness is available for studio rental in Ann Arbor. Its great to throw your own party theme such as a art & craft birthday party for your child or a minute to win it birthday party or girls night out or even a painting party for adults! Invite your party guests, come up with a theme & host the party at our studio space in Ann Arbor!
Studio Rental Rates are as follows:
$50.00/ 2 hours ( plus $15.00 party attendant fee)
$75.00/ 3 hours (plus $20.00 party attendant fee)
$99.00/ 4 hours (plus $25.00 party attendant fee)
Refundable security deposit of $150.00 is required
Open Studio space rantal hours are: Fridays from 7:00pm – 10:00pm; Saturdays from 4:00-10:00pm and Sundays from 9:00am-1:00pm (depending on studio availability)
Studio space can hold up to 40 people! (chairs & tables included in rent)
We also have a microwave & a refrigerator to be used for private event rental/one time events only!
Minimum 2 hour rental is required as well as clean up!
PARTY EXTRAS! Photographer – $150 per hour; Videographer – $150.00 per hour, Henna Tattos – $75.00 for 15 people, Birthday Banners – $15.00; Photo Booth setup – $30.00 (include props); Baloons & Decorations – please call
Conference /Meeting Rooms
If you are a small group looking for place to hold a meeting or a book club, then our Conference/Meeting room will be perfect for you. At just $17.50 per hour, with a two hour minimum. Conference Table & 2 couches has a seating for up to 12 people. Coffee table can be setup. AVON or Tupperware meetings, casual gathering or book clubs are perfect for this room!

Peachy Fitness studio is available to rent the facility for weekly group classes for a rate of $30.00/hour; $40/1.5 hrs; $50/2 hrs.

Studio Space Rental for PHOTOSHOOT!
Need a studio space for a photo shoot? Ann Arbor photographers can rent the studio space for a photoshoot! Our Ann Arbor facility can be rented out at a rate of $40.00/hour.

Studio:
Our studio has beautiful wood floor. Studio rentals are available seven days a week depending on studio availability.
Included with Room Rental:
Use of the studio space
Use of Stereo with IPod input
Mirrors/Ballet Barres
Use of Parent’s Lounge
Use of Lights, Heating, Air Conditioning

Not Included with Room Rental:
Liability (certificate of insurance required)
Accessories:
Yoga mats & blocks can be rented out for $1.00 each
Water bottles and healthy snacks can be purchased at the studio.

Booking And Payment Policies:
Space may be booked by phone, email or in person.
50% Payment is required at time of booking.
Full Payment must be received before gaining access to the rented space.
Renter must cancel one week prior to the event in order to receive full refund.
Rentals require a signed contract and refundable security deposit of $150.00
A signed contract / rental agreement is required.
